Bridge Pilates Studio offers effective and quality pilates training in a safe and stress-free environment. Our goal is to improve the quality and efficiency of movement to help prevent injury and pain, to restore daily function and to help you reach top fitness levels through effective pilates instruction. We strive to balance muscle groups without stressing joints, and we encourage movement that emanates from the center after the core has been stabilized. In other words, first stability, then movement.
Throughout the process of stabilizing the core, which includes the pelvis, the ribcage, the shoulder girdle and the neck, we concentrate on breath control to help fully oxygenate the body, to relieve stress and to reach maximum performance. This pilates combination of breath control and body awareness helps students bridge the gap between mind and body, build exceptional core strength and total body strength.
